Founded in 1974, "Henryvicy" commenced her business to undertake subcontracting roadworks. With years of constant efforts, the group has diversified its experience and expertise in a wide spectrum of construction activities. "Henryvicy" is now on the list of approved contractors for public works under the categories "Roads & Drainage" and "Site Formation" and has been registered as a general building contractor under the Buildings Ordinance since 1982. Our quality assurance system has been accredited as reaching ISO 9000 Standard in 1995.

Confronting the drastic changes of the Hong Kong construction market in the past 30 years, with the commitment and team spirit of our experienced management team, "Henryvicy" has successfully established its reputation as a track laying specialist. Since the first undertaking of the double-track laying project from Hunghom to Shatin in 1976, the group now becomes one of the very few approved permanent way contractors in Hong Kong.

The group has participated a number of milestone permanent way projects including KCRC Light Rail, Airport Railway, KCRC East Rail, West Rail, Ma On Shan Rail, Penny's Bay Line Railroad and the Lok Ma Chau Spur Line.

Capital works projects - the group has rich experience in Roads & Drainage, Site Formation and Structural A&A Works. Our previous large scale projects including Traffic Management Scheme for Kwun Tong Town Centre and Kwun Tong Industrial Area, Reconstruction of Lung Cheung Road, Construction of Drainage Channel near Hung Shui Kiu, Roadworks in Aldrich Bay Reclamation Area and Improvement Works in Lo Wu Station (Advance Works) .

Public utilities and private sector - since 1986, "Henryvicy" has been the working partner of The Hong Kong and China Gas Co. Ltd. in providing safe and quality services of gas mains laying in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Regions. Besides, the group also participates in building works and our recent project is the Construction of Residential Development at No. 1 Derby Road, Kowloon Tong.

“恆利”成立於1974年，多年來的努力不懈，已由一間小規模的工程承包商，成為一間持有政府認許的馬路及渠務部 “C”級牌照、開山地盤平整“B”級牌照及屋宇署認許的樓宇建築牌照的集團；更在1995年獲得ISO 9000之認證。

回顧過去的三十年，在“恆利”團隊精神的推動下，自1976年承辦紅磡至沙田的雙軌鐵路工程開始，今天已成為香港鐵路工程的主承建商之一。

在鐵路項目上，我們參與了輕便鐵路、機場鐵路、九廣東鐵、九廣西鐵、馬鞍山鐵路、迪士尼樂園竹篙灣鐵路及落馬洲支線等鐵路基建項目。

在基礎建設項目上，“恆利”亦參與了道路、渠務和地盤平整，屋宇結構等工程；包括官塘區內的道路重整、清水灣龍翔道重建、洪水橋渠務、愛秩序灣道路改建和羅湖火車站月台擴建工程等。

公共事業及私人發展項目：“恆利”自1986年成功成為香港中華煤氣有限公司的認可壓力喉管專業承建商，承建港島及九龍半島輸氣管鋪設工程，為該集團提供安全及優質服務。除此我們還參與九龍塘打比道一號私人樓宇興建工程。
